Booking

How do I book?

Pick your dates, compare hotels, then confirm with your name and phone number. You instantly receive a voucher with a QR code — no account, no credit card.

Do I need an account?

No. Your booking reference and phone number are enough to retrieve your voucher at any time.

Can I book for someone else?

Yes: enter the name of the traveller who will arrive at reception, and your own phone number to receive the voucher.

Payment

When and how do I pay?

On arrival, directly at the hotel — in cash, or by card if the hotel accepts it. The exact amount is on your voucher, taxes included.

Are there hidden fees?

No. The price on your voucher is the final price. It's contractual with every partner hotel.

Why is it cheaper than direct?

We negotiate a contracted rate with every hotel and pass most of the discount on to you.

Cancellation

How do I cancel?

Open your voucher page (link or “My bookings”) and tap Cancel. It's immediate.

Until when is it free?

Up to 24 hours before check-in time. After that, the hotel may charge the first night.

At the hotel

What do I show at reception?

Your booking voucher: the QR code on your phone is enough, or a printed copy.

The QR code doesn't work?

Reception can find you by your reference (VY-…). And our team replies 7 days a week on WhatsApp.
