Terms of use

1. Veyama is a booking platform: the hotel service is provided by the partner property shown on your voucher.
2. The displayed price is guaranteed for your booking and is paid directly at the hotel, taxes included, unless stated otherwise on the voucher.
3. Free cancellation up to 24 hours before check-in time on the day of arrival. After that, or in case of no-show, the hotel may charge a fee equal to the first night.
4. The “direct” price shown for comparison is the public rate contractually communicated by the property.
5. Your data (name, phone, e-mail) is used solely to manage your booking and is never sold.
